Since 1919, our cheese has been made the same way Eric's great-grandfather, Fred Ludy, a Swiss cheesemaker, established when he started the family's first cheese factory in Wisconsin. While the process remains traditional, we now utilize more advanced equipment. The milk is brought in, and our cheesemakers add the necessary cultures. The curd is then formed, any seasonings are incorporated, and the cheese is pressed into blocks to cure, often for several months or even years for aged varieties. Finally, the cheese is cut, wrapped, labeled, and shipped directly to customers.

We, Eric Ludy and Gene Graf, are the co-founders of Cheese Brothers. Although we're not brothers by birth, our shared passion for exceptional cheese has forged an unbreakable brotherhood since we launched our company in 2015. Our cheese-making lineage can be traced back to Wisconsin in 1919, when Eric's great-grandfather, Fred Ludy, established the family's first cheese factory.

What sets our products apart is their authenticity – none of our cheeses are processed or artificial in any way. We use only natural, simple seasonings, never artificial additives. Our cheesemakers source milk from small, local family farms within Wisconsin, supporting the community whenever possible.

Our product offerings include an "Ultimate Pack" featuring 13 blocks of diverse Wisconsin cheeses, from honey sriracha gouda to smoked provolone, plus two blocks of our signature Cheese Brothers Reserve cheese. We also offer 8-year-aged Wisconsin cheddar snack sticks and our top-selling Rhapsody cheese sticks, perfect for on-the-go snacking or sharing at gatherings.

For the ultimate charcuterie experience, our "Charcuterie Pack" includes six blocks of artisanal Wisconsin cheeses, a jar of cherry lavender jam, and dry salami from Rhode Island – a savory, sweet, and flavorful assortment.

We take great care in packing and shipping our products to ensure their integrity. Our vacuum-sealed cheeses can safely travel outside of refrigeration. All of our cheese is made with no artificial flavors or preservatives, using only quality, cultured pasteurized milk, salt, and enzymes.

While the picture-perfect Rhapsody cheese stick has been temporarily replaced in the Charcuterie Pack due to supply shortages, we remain committed to delivering the highest-quality cheese experience to our customers.
